● Can ZHENBAO ELECTRICAL accept small trial orders? What's your Minimum Order Quantity?
-- Yes, we'll try best to initiate and repeat our business co-operations. Our common MOQ is 1 set in q'ty and US$1,000 in amount.

● What's your advantages on exporting electrical switchgears and elements from China?
-- ZHENBAO ELECTRICAL initialized manufacturing since 1993, and started exporting abroad business since Mar 2004, we're much experienced. 
-- Our products passed careful and precise QC process, including IQC/IPQC/OQC/QA etc, quality guaranteed for 1 year.
-- Qualified engineers from our RD department can satisfy your OEM / ODM requirements.

-- We always keep lowest profit and provide best supports for all customers. 

-- We're closed to Ningbo and Shanghai port and our business can be handled very promptly and efficiently. 

● Can ZHENBAO ELECTRICAL provide samples free? How many days needed?
-- Regarding small electrical components with lower value, we can send samples to you at free charge (not including customised designs or big q'ty), but the courier freight cost should be paid by yourself, you can offer your courier account number such as DHL, TNT, Fedex, UPS, EMS, DPEX accounts, or just transfer freight cost to us via Paypal. Usually we can deliver samples' parcel within 3 working days.

● What's your Payment Term?
-- T/T and L/C are accepted, others to be negotiated. We prefer Telex Transfer, generally T/T 40% deposit in advance (at S/C confirmation), 60% balance paid against B/L coppy or before departure from factory. L/C conducted usually for big orders. We also accept Paypal payment for small trial orders.

● What's your Lead Time for mass production?
-- Manufacturing time for goods is 40 days or so in general, to be confirmed in peak seasons.

● What's ZHENBAO ELECTRICAL privacy policy?
-- We'll keep all your privacy / knowledge property (including but not limited to your LOGO, designs, samples, business terms and conditions, important communication documents) as our confidential issues, will NOT expose without your permission. Concerning LOGO printing, we need your Registration Certificates and authorization letter both in advance.

● What's ZHENBAO ELECTRICAL shipping policy?
-- For cargo packaging, we will use reliable good-quality packaging materials for all our goods, to ensure no damage occured during the transportation. For shipping operations, if not designating your own forwarder, we'll appoint our own shipping agent. Also we'll deliver goods by sea freight as default, if urgent we deliver via air freight. For cost payment, freight cost / insurances paid by parties as per our contract.

● What's ZHENBAO ELECTRICAL spare parts and after-sale service policy?
-- We'll provide spare parts for certain products (some will be charged) if needed. We specialize in PTD switchgear panel/cabinet products, have the capability and China governmental authorization on electrical installing and testing, we welcome all the feedbacks from our clients and end-customers, these certainly will improve our future conducting performances.
